Description

  • 1 (16-oz) container sour cream
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • â…“ cup chopped pepperoni

Serving

  • 1 loaf Italian or French bread, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) to prepare for baking the dip.
  2. Mix the dip ingredients: In a shallow 1-quart casserole dish, combine the Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic Soup & Dip Mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and chopped pepperoni, mixing thoroughly until well blended.
  3. Top with remaining cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the dip mixture.
