Instructions
- Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well blended to ensure a luscious texture.
- Fill the Phyllo Shells: Using a spoon or piping bag, evenly distribute the ricotta mixture into the 12 phyllo or mini tart shells, filling each shell generously but neatly.
- Add Pistachio Topping: Sprinkle a generous pinch of finely chopped roasted pistachios on top of each filled shell, adding a satisfying crunch and nutty flavor.
