- Toss shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, and ½ tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Mix well to evenly coat the shrimp and set the mixture aside, allowing the flavors to marinate briefly.
- Cook vegetables: Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
